How do I earn Keys?
You’ll earn Keys every time you book a vacation with one of our brands, rent DVC Points, buy, sell or finance a DVC contract, or participate in select promotions. The more you engage, the more you earn.
Is there a fee to join the Club?
No! The Keyholder Vacations Club is completely free to join. Just download the app and create your account to start earning.
Do my Keys expire?
Keys do not expire as long as your account remains active. If your account is inactive for an extended period, your Keys may be forfeited.
How do I know how many Keys I have?
As soon as you hit the Key threshold for the next tier, your rewards and perks update automatically in the app.
Can I earn Keys across different brands?
Yes! Keys accumulate across all participating Keyholder Vacations brands, including DVC Rental Store, DVC Resale Market, Be Our Guest Vacations, and Monera Financial.
How do I redeem my rewards?
Once you unlock a reward, you’ll be able to redeem it directly through the app or with help from our team — depending on the type of reward.
