Abby Rom

As Director of Learning & Destination Development for Be Our Guest Vacations, Abby leads agent training, destination research, and professional development initiatives across the agency while continuing to plan magical vacations for her own clients.

After beginning her career as an attorney, Abby joined Be Our Guest Vacations as a travel agent in 2016 and transitioned into leadership in 2024. She travels as often as possible to explore new destinations, ensuring both her clients and the BOGV team benefit from firsthand expertise and inspired insight.

Abby, along with her husband and three kids, live in Indiana but consider Disney destinations their home away from home. She loves Disney-cruising, runDisney, and low-key park days.
